THE BELLESOMA DIFFERENCE*

Software Guided Surgery

During a consultation, the proprietary Bellesoma software is used to create a customized “surgical blueprint” for each patient. This process involves measurements of breast volume and a number of other characteristics to create a 31-point blueprint that will be used in surgery. This allows for more precise planning and execution of the procedure, leading to higher-quality results.

No Vertical Scar

A traditional breast lift often requires the creation of a vertical incision stretching from the bottom of the areola down to the breast crease. With Bellesoma, this incision is not needed, meaning there will be no frustrating vertical scar after surgery. The incisions that are required are well-camouflaged around the areola and the crease of the breast.

No Implants

Traditional breast lifts can’t offer upper-pole volume without requiring a breast augmentation with implants. The Bellesoma procedure, however, helps patients avoid breast implants by using the patient’s breast tissue to create new breast mounds. These new breast mounds are moved & secured high up on the chest wall to create great volume in the upper pole. This means no need for worries about implant ruptures, leaks, migration, or replacement.

Pain Relief

Traditional breast lifts rely on the skin of the breast to hold the weight. The Bellesoma breast procedure is truly unique in that the weight of the breast mound is anchored to the chest muscle that sits directly behind the breast. Due to this increase in support, areas like the back, neck, and shoulders no longer need to bear the full weight of the breasts.

Beautiful Results

Thanks to his deep understanding of the Bellesoma procedure and his decades of experience in breast surgery, Dr. Horndeski consistently creates beautiful results for his patients. Avoiding vertical scars and implants allows for high-quality results that look very natural.

Ability To Breast Feed

Traditional breast lifts can potentially cause issues with breast feeding. After Bellesoma breast procedures, however, patients should still be able to breast feed without any issues.

TRADITIONAL VS. BELLESOMA BREAST LIFT

If you’re considering a breast lift, you may be wondering whether traditional breast lift or Bellesoma Breast Lift is right for you. Here’s a table that breaks down key areas of comparison to help you make an informed decision*:

Traditional Breast Lift

Bellasoma Breast Lift Procedure

No Vertical Scar

Traditional techniques typically require a vertical scar across the front of the breast.

Bellesoma is a no vertical scar procedure.

No Implants Required

May require implants to achieve fullness in the upper portion of the breast, which can be costly and come with risks, potential complications, and additional operations.

Internal breast cone created and moved high on the chest wall eliminating the need for breast implants in most cases providing a natural look and feel without the risks and potential complications associated with implants.

Long-term Results

Skin envelope remains as the support for the breast and may be prone to sagging over time creating potential dissatisfaction for patients looking for a longer lasting solution.

Breast weight is supported by the chest muscle designed to reduce potential future sagging, providing longer-lasting results.

Breast Lift Costs

May be more expensive over long term as additional costs can be incurred for additional operations such as implant replacement/removal.

With a completely organic approach may prove to be more affordable long-term.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a breast augmentation or a breast lift?

A breast augmentation is performed to improve the breasts’ size and projection. A breast lift is performed to improve breast shape and reduce sagging. When you would like to improve size, projection, shape, and perkiness, a combination of both procedures may be used (called an augmentation mastopexy).

Would I be a good candidate for a Bellesoma breast procedure?

If you are experiencing chronic back, neck, or shoulder pain, if you want to lift drooping breasts, or if you want to remove your implants, a Bellesoma breast procedure may be right for you. Patients from ages 17 to 76 have benefitted from Bellesoma breast surgery.

The best way to determine whether you would be an ideal candidate for one of these surgeries is by arranging a personalized consultation. This process will include a physical examination and a discussion of your complete medical history, including past procedures and allergies.

Is it possible to get more than one procedure done during a single surgical session?

Patients often come in for combination procedures, which are surgical sessions that involve more than one procedure. A Bellesoma breast procedure can be paired with liposuction, abdominoplasty, a facelift, a lip lift, and more.

Because combination procedures only require a single recovery period, patients can avoid taking more time out of their busy schedules. There can also be cost-related benefits in many cases.

Are Bellesoma procedures only available at your practice?

Bellesoma procedures are also performed outside of our practice and may be available from a surgeon near you. However, if you would like to have it performed by its originator, you can travel to Houston to pay us a visit.

Typically, these trips involve a stay of around five to six days. Women from around the world have come to Dr. Horndeski for Bellesoma breast surgery, and we have a great deal of experience helping patients plan their visit. Contact us today to learn more.
